After payment has cleared, please allow 2 - 5 “business days” (weekends and holidays don't count) to process and ship the order. It should take 1-5 business days to receive the item depending your location.

We offer free shipping with UPS or USPS only to the lower 48 States.

You will automatically receive a tracking number as long as your email is up to date with ebay.

All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and all International destinations will ship USPS priority mail.

We offer a 30% discount on the individual shipping cost of each additional item when multiple items are purchased. If you are bidding on another Wilson Cycles auction, and would like to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must wait until all auctions have ended before checking out. Items with free shipping do not qualify for additional shipping discounts.
International Customers:
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are
NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country/location.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. These charges are not to be confused for additional shipping charges.
Return Policy:

All returns/exchanges must include our AUTHORIZATION FORM. This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly.

No refunds will be issued unless prior authorization has been given and all policies have been followed.

All exchanges and returns must be in the original packaging with all directions and accessories in new condition.

What is the shipping cost?
To find the shipping cost, simply enter your location in the shipping and payment tab right under the top picture. We do offer express services including overnight and 2nd Day Air but we encourage buyers to call us if you need the item by a specific date so that we can insure a smooth delivery. Free shipping applies only to the USA lower 48 state customers and does not apply to PO/APO/FPO Boxes or international delivery unless otherwise stated. Who is eligible for Free Shipping?

Are Item quantities guaranteed?
If payment is not received within 24 hours of sale, available quantity will not be guaranteed. So if you buy an item and have not paid for it within 24 hours, it may no longer be available.
Can large Items be shipped internationally?
Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to size restrictions. Different countries have different size restrictions, If you are planning to buy a large item to be shipped internationally, please contact us before. If you buy the item and it can't be shipped, a full refund will be granted within 24 hrs.
There is still no shipping cost given even after I entered in my delivery location?

What is my expected delivery time once my item has been shipped?
Domestic: This solely depends on where your item has been shipped from. We ship most items ship directly from our warehouse so it will take from 1-5 business days for the items to arrive. However, we also utilize drop shipping services from several of our suppliers in an attempt to speed up your delivery date as well.
International: According to the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Airmail delivery states 7-10 business days and Express Delivery states 3-8 business days. However, we typically find that USPS Priority Airmail delivery can possibly take longer than USPS states due to customs inspections done by the buyer’s/importers country. Most USPS Express shipments arrive accordingly but neither service has a guaranteed delivery date.
When should I expect my item to ship?
Most used items ship the very same day or within 24 hours of receiving payment. For new items please allow 2-5 business days to process the order. Please keep in mind that we can’t ship on Saturdays/Sundays. Therefore, if a payment is received Friday evening, the earliest we can ship your item is Monday. Where will we ship to?
We will ship anywhere in the world as long as it is possible. By default, we use UPS Ground Service for domestic deliveries and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for PO/APO/FPO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and all other locations worldwide. Other services may be available in the shipping options of each item and any service can be requested. Will we ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes?
Yes we certainly will. We can only ship to these locations using USPS services, however there may be an additional charge, please contact us directly for a shipping quote at 305-513-0466 sales@WilsonCycles.com
Do we provide tracking information?
Yes. We provide tracking information with every item/order. In fact, it is impossible for us not to provide tracking info with our current order processing. Every domestic order shipped from our warehouse gets a tracking number sent by email to the email address given to us when placing the order or the Paypal registered email address used to pay for the item. All international orders automatically receive a USPS email that contains a tracking number when the item ships as well. If you are not provided with a tracking number please feel free to call us directly at 305-513-0466 sales@WilsonCycles.com with any questions or concerns.
Do we offer combined shipping rates?
Yes of course. We will be more than happy to combine any and all items you may need and adjust the shipping rates accordingly. However, due to the size and weight of certain items and the complexity of adjusting the shipping rates accordingly (especially with regard to international package size restrictions), eBay may not do the best job automatically calculating the correct combined shipping costs. Therefore, please feel free to contact us directly at 305-513-0466 sales@WilsonCycles.com prior to paying or even prior to bidding so that we can insure you get the best rates possible.
Do we charge or know about international customs fees?
Customs fees are taxes that are charged by the buyer’s country for importing specific goods. We have nothing to do with these taxes and therefore can’t be held responsible for any related charges a buyer may incur when importing such goods. Unfortunately we do not know specific details of each country’s custom’s fees but we do encourage all international buyers to please check with their local government agency to learn more prior to bidding if this is a concern. Will we mark items as gifts when shipping internationally?

Will we lower the value of purchased items when shipping internationally?

Do we charge sales tax?
Only if your delivery address is in the state of Florida. A 7% sales tax is applied to the selling price of any item shipped within the state of Florida.
What is our return/exchange policy?
No refunds will be issued unless prior authorization has been given and all policies have been followed.

In the event that a refund is granted, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee except those found to be defective or those that did not meet the stated description. In the event an incorrect or defective item has been received, the correct item will ship once the wrong item has been returned and inspected. If we cannot replace the item, a full refund will be issued.
With regard to size exchanges, we handle each item on a case by case basis so please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you get the correct size if you originally ordered the incorrect size. The buyer will be responsible for all related shipping charges when exchanging an item (both ways, no exceptions).

What happens if your package seems to have been lost in transit?
In the event your item seems to have been lost or delivered to the wrong address, please call us directly at 305-513-0466 sales@WilsonCycles.com. We will need to start an investigation with the shipping agency and wait for their findings before anything else can be done. If the shipping company can’t locate the package (may take as many as 4+ weeks), a replacement item will be shipped to you or a full refund in case there is no replacement
What do you do if you received a damaged item?

The shipping agency will need to inspect the package and will most likely need to pick up and take the package for inspection.
